Room for improvement, but we enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful staff and great view of the sea. Other than the bathrooms, the rooms were terrific. Also, breakfast was delicious. And they were very understanding and cooperative, as we've been travelling with a senior citizen.
Bathrooms and sewage renovations and maintenance is a must. Also, the hotel could look into setting up a call center service, to facilitate communications with customers and possibly lift an unnecessary work load off the reception and front desk.

The thing i like about this hotel is the location, it’s in...
The thing i like about this hotel is the location, it’s in the center of everything and it’s almost the only hotel where you can actually stay directly on the beach.
The hotel is not how it used to be.. the rooms are small and interiors are very old and poor if not deteriorated.. and not entirely clean as well, maintenance is very bad.. surprisingly it is a 5 Star hotel which definitely shouldn’t be. The staff were okay they were cooperative when I wanted to change the room though their response was very slow, i didn’t try the food, there was this heavy machine operating on the beach causing too much noise at 8:00 AM waking everybody up and disturbing everyone until 4:00 Pm for 2 days in a row. I stayed once in the hotel 5 years ago it was much better than this. But this time It wasn’t a pleasant stay.. in fact i regret it.

Great Location, nice staff , nice breakfast just needs more varieties
we asked for extra bed on arrival at 11 am, they brought it at night about 8 pm and it was uncomfortable.
